Pricing FAQ
When am I charged?
A credit card is required to start your trial so your account stays active when the trial ends. You're not billed during the 14-day free trial. Your first charge happens on day 15, only if you keep the subscription active. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
Can I switch between Basic and Premium later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium or downgrade from Premium to Basic at any time from your account settings. Plan changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free. Basic is $249.90/year instead of $299.88, and Premium is $749.90/year instead of $899.88. Choose Annual with the billing toggle above before starting your trial, or switch anytime from Settings → Subscription; Stripe credits any unused monthly time toward the annual charge.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation is one click inside your account under Settings → Subscription. You can also email support@fastpaybooks.com and our team will handle it within one business day. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
What payment methods do you accept for the subscription?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Fast Pay Books never stores your card number — only Stripe does, in PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
